1. We receive your design
It all starts with an idea. We welcome our clients’ designs, whether architectural plans, sketches, or digital models.
2. Engineering and Precision Adjustments
Our engineering team reviews each design and makes any necessary adjustments to optimize the structure. We convert the drawings into files ready for processing using our state-of-the-art technology.
3. Production with Light Gauge Steel (LGS)
This is where the magic begins. We feed the files into our high-tech machines, and within minutes, the structures come to life. Each steel profile is cut with millimeter precision to ensure perfect assemblies.
4. Prefabrication and Assembly
Structures are assembled quickly and precisely at our facilities or directly on the construction site. The efficiency of the LGS system allows for fast, safe installation with less material waste.
